Jane Parslow

Jane Parslow has been supporting project managers through coaching, consultancy and training for over 25 years. She has worked in a wide range of industries, including oil and petrochemicals, defence and aerospace, construction, IT, and pharmaceuticals, as well the charitable sector and central and local government.

Jane established her own consultancy in 1990 and uses a coaching approach to develop project managers’ skills. Examples of her work include: coaching project managers to communicate more effectively with their stakeholders, to manage expectations, or to resolve conflicts within the team; facilitating planning meetings and risk workshops; reviewing and assessing projects. Jane can also provide training on specific project management techniques.

Jane is a member of the Project Management Institute, and holds its PMP® (Project Management Professional) qualification. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), currently working towards the Associate Certified Coach certificate; she already holds an NLP Coach accreditation. Jane is an NLP Master Practitioner and a Qualified Practitioner in the AMSP motivational profiling tool.
